RAJKUMAR DAS; Kolkata, Aug 4th 2023: Durga Puja, one of Kolkata's most exuberant festivals, which has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO is being celebrated with a twist this year. Presented by Team Tauras and organized by Freeflow Ventures and New Town Sarbojanin (NTS), this year introduce DurgaPreneur, slated for the 21 October to the 23 October, 2023 at the City Square, New Town, Kolkata, marking the 7.8 and 9th day of the celebrating the rise and victory of Goddess Durga over evil.
Durga Preneur is an effort to make Kolkata the inward diffusion capital of all activities and the element of exciting the native innovator, changemaker, and entrepreneur to participate, network, and excel in front of national contemporaries. The initiative aims to offer CSR fund support to changemakers and social entrepreneurs, guidance to early-stage innovations, and make capital more accessible to young startups.

The 3 event days will focus on different versions of the "DurgaPreneur" on each day. Day One will focus on Women Changemakers, the Modern Kaalratris Day Two is dedicated to the Young Innovators, the Modern Mahagauris. The third day celebrates women entrepreneurs, Modern Siddhidatri.

The event is slated to feature some of the biggest VCS, CXOs, and Fund Houses who will be assessing the businesses. There will be an opportunity to connect with Policy Makers for growth propositions and to explore future collaborations. The event also aims to create a pipeline for the access of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Funds. DurgaPreneur is expected to act as a platform to grow one's business network nationwide.
